This Refund Policy applies to orders placed on SavannahPeptide.com.

All sales are final

All sales are final and we do not accept returns. Because our products are research materials, items cannot be returned or exchanged once they have shipped, and we do not issue refunds for returned items.

Insured orders lost or damaged in transit

The only exception is an order shipped with shipping insurance. Insured orders are fully protected: if an insured package is lost or arrives damaged, Savannah Peptide will ship a replacement at no charge while we file the claim with the carrier. To request a replacement, contact us at info@savannahpeptide.com with your order number within 48 hours of delivery for a damaged package (include photos of the damage and packaging), or within 7 days of the expected delivery date for a lost package. Packages shipped without insurance are not eligible for replacement, so we recommend requesting shipping insurance with your order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
