Are your products for human use?
No. All products are sold strictly for laboratory and educational research. They are not for human or animal consumption, and we do not provide any usage or dosing guidance.
Are your products tested?
Yes. Our products are quality tested by our suppliers. Lot-specific COAs are posted on product pages as they become available. Our suppliers guarantee a purity of 98% or higher. Because testing standards and methods vary from country to country, we encourage researchers to perform their own independent verification as part of their research protocols.
How fast do you ship?
Orders ship the same or next business day. Domestic orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. All US orders ship for a flat $19.99. International shipping is available; email sales@savannahpeptide.com for a quote. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How should products be stored?
Lyophilized products should be stored at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture. Storage conditions are listed on each product page.
Who can purchase?
Purchasers must be 21 or older and must confirm at checkout that they are qualified researchers purchasing for research use only.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final and we do not accept returns. Orders shipped with shipping insurance are fully protected: if an insured package is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll ship a replacement at no charge while we file the claim with the carrier. Contact us at info@savannahpeptide.com with your order number within 48 hours of delivery (with photos of any damage), or within 7 days of the expected delivery date if the package hasn’t arrived. Packages shipped without insurance are not eligible for replacement, so we recommend requesting shipping insurance with your order.
