This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on SavannahPeptide.com. All products are sold for research use only.

Processing time

Orders ship the same or next business day (business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends and holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping rates

Domestic orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. All US orders ship for a flat $19.99. International shipping is available; email sales@savannahpeptide.com for a quote.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination and are estimates, not guarantees. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Products are packed in protective packaging appropriate for lyophilized materials.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. Packages returned to us as undeliverable may be reshipped at the purchaser’s expense.

Lost or damaged shipments

All sales are final and we do not accept returns. Orders shipped with shipping insurance are fully protected: if an insured package is lost or arrives damaged, Savannah Peptide will ship a replacement at no charge while we file the claim with the carrier. If an insured order arrives damaged, contact us at info@savannahpeptide.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. If an insured order does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. Packages shipped without insurance are not eligible for replacement, so we recommend requesting shipping insurance with your order.

Restrictions

We may decline or cancel orders that we cannot ship lawfully, or that we reasonably believe are not intended for research use.
