6. Shipping and final sales

All sales are final and we do not accept returns. The only exception is an order shipped with shipping insurance: if an insured package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, Savannah Peptide will ship a replacement at no charge while we file the claim with the carrier. Packages shipped without insurance are not eligible for replacement. Shipping, insurance and replacements are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
